Additionally, only select members of the MedPharm team have access to this information which helps us to protect your information even more.   We will hold on to your personal data for as long as it is necessary to carry out the processes in this policy. This depends on what we are using the data for and how our holding this data impacts both you and MedPharm. We will never keep your data longer than necessary and will actively review the data we hold to ensure that it is still relevant.
